How do I meditate?


By following some simple rules you can easily get lost in meditation. The power of meditation can be used to save the health of the body, to develop merit, to overcome potential crises, to implement future plans, to spread awareness.

As a primary preparation for meditation, you have to choose a quiet place where you can spend some time yourself.

Simply sit down first. The way you feel comfortable sitting. You can sit on the floor or in bed or you can sit on a chair. Think of one of your favorite events or memories before you started. Bring to mind a light close your eyes this time.

Let the two eyelids slowly move in pairs. Now take a long breath through the nose. Gently exhale with your mouth. To take a breath, you can think of the infinite energy from nature entering your body. And you can think of all the pollutants in the body going out of the air to stop breathing. 

Now breathe slowly for some time, slowly exhale through the nose. Now focus on asthma. 

Imagine in the eyes of the air how the air is entering the nose, coming out of the nose. Let the air go naturally. You just pay attention to your breath. This way, after taking a few minutes and exhaling, you will feel that your body is relaxing. 

Now imagine what a wonderful natural environment your imagination will fill your mind with. It can be called the home of your mind. The level at which you can fully utilize Brain to implement any wellness plan in mind. For example, you can say in my mind, from now on, my memory will increase. Confidence and courage will increase. My attention will increase. Body and mind will always be healthy. It's time to wake up.

Sometimes - it can be 5/5 or 20 minutes -
You will return from meditation to reality by spending a wonderful state of mind.
